Audit skills. A structured prompt file you run with your own AI assistant. The free versions cover the most critical and common issues. The full versions are a comprehensive review. They are sold one by one, or as a bundle of four.

Done-for-you audits. I go through the system you describe and send you a written, prioritised report with findings and next steps. Available for security, infrastructure, architecture or scalability, one by one or as a bundle of four.

Bespoke work. Fixes and implementation are agreed separately, in writing, before any work starts.

Prices are shown in euros. Any taxes that apply are shown on your invoice or at checkout. When you ask to buy, I send you a payment link by email. Your order is confirmed once the payment goes through. Payments are handled by Stripe.

Skills. The files are sent to the email address you gave, after payment.

Audits. You get the written report within 2-3 days. The time starts once you have paid and I have the access or information I need to do the audit. If I need something more from you, I will tell you.

If you buy as a private person in the EU, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase without giving a reason. There are two exceptions that apply here:

Skills (digital files). Once the files have been sent to you, with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal as a result, you can no longer withdraw.

Audits (services). If you ask me to start within the 14 days, you pay for what I have done up to the point you withdraw. Once the audit has been fully delivered, you can no longer withdraw.

If you buy for your business, the right of withdrawal does not apply. To use your right, write to hello@magdalenafurman.com.

If a file does not open, is incomplete, or an audit report is missing something we agreed, write to me and I will put it right. Your legal rights as a consumer are not affected by these terms.

You may use a skill for your own work and your own company. You may not resell it, publish it or share it with others as your own product. The skills stay my work.

Skills and audits give guidance based on the information you provide. They are not a guarantee that your system is secure, reliable or free of problems, and they do not replace advice specific to your situation, such as a certified penetration test or a compliance review. AI tools can make mistakes, so check any finding before you act on it.

The skills include scripts and instructions that you run, and an AI assistant that you choose acts on them. You use them at your own risk, on systems you own or have permission to examine. Keep a backup or version control, and review every change before you accept it. I am not responsible for what your AI assistant does, for changes it makes, or for decisions you take based on its output.

My liability for a skill or audit is limited to the price you paid for it. This limit does not apply to anything the law does not allow me to limit, such as intentional harm or gross negligence, or to your rights as a consumer.

What you share with me for an audit is treated as confidential. I use it only to do the audit and to answer your questions about it. How I handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

These terms are governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the mandatory consumer rights of the country where you live. Consumers in Denmark can complain to Forbrugerklagenævnet. If we cannot agree, the Danish courts decide, unless the law gives you the right to go to a court elsewhere.

If I change these terms, the date at the top changes. The terms you bought under keep applying to that purchase.
